THE HARPER ELIZABETH MILLER MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

A scholarship fund has been established with the Waco ISD Education Foundation in memory of Harper Elizabeth Miller, daughter of David and Emily Miller. David is a Waco High School Class of 2011 graduate. One Waco High School senior will be selected that recognizes outstanding academic achievement and leadership during their high school career.
